This boutique-style cheese plant dedicated to making fresh burrata and includes fresh mozzarella, mascarpone and ricotta to its product offering. Di Stefano Cheese produces the most authentic, award winning fresh cheeses available in the US.
We make our cheese fresh daily, and source our milk from a dairy located right down the road from us! We are proud to produce cheese from the freshest milk available, did we mention we are *rBST free too?
