Hand scooped cow’s milk ricotta is proudly made the traditional Italian way by simply re-cooking the whey that we use to make our fresh mozzarella cheese. Ricotta is smoother than cottage cheese but slightly grainy, white, moist and has a mildly sweet taste. The light, delicate consistency and clean flavors make it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of recipes and dishes.
